1. What services are included in a standard house cleaning? A standard cleaning typically includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms, wiping kitchen surfaces, and general tidying of common areas and bedrooms. 2. How much does house cleaning cost? Pricing depends on the size of the home, level of cleaning needed, and any add-on services. We provide upfront quotes with no hidden fees after reviewing your needs. 3. How long does a cleaning usually take? Most cleanings take between 2–4 hours, depending on the home size and condition. Deep cleans or move-out cleanings may take longer. 4. Do I need to be home during the cleaning? No, you don’t need to be home. Many customers provide a code or key. If you prefer to be present, that’s completely fine too. 5. Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment? Yes, we bring our own professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have specific products you’d like us to use, just let us know. 6. Are your cleaning products safe for pets and children? We use safe and effective products. If you have pets, children, or sensitivities, we can use eco-friendly or fragrance-free products upon request. 7. What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning? Your satisfaction is important to us. If anything was missed, please let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll make it right. 8. How do I book or reschedule a cleaning? You can book or reschedule by messaging us directly. We ask for at least 24-hour notice for changes whenever possible.

1. Initial Contact The customer reaches out by message, phone, or booking platform and shares basic details (home size, type of cleaning, preferred date). 2. Quote & Service Details We review the information, answer any questions, and provide a clear quote based on the home size and cleaning needs. 3. Scheduling Once the quote is approved, we schedule the cleaning and confirm the date and time. 4. Pre-Cleaning Prep (Optional) The customer is asked to pick up personal items and secure pets to allow the most efficient cleaning. 5. Arrival & Walk-Through (If Needed) We arrive on time and, if the customer is present, do a quick walk-through to confirm priorities or special requests. 6. Cleaning in Progress The cleaning is completed according to the agreed-upon service (standard, deep, or move-out). 7. Final Check A final walkthrough or quality check is done to ensure everything meets expectations. 8. Completion & Payment Once finished, the customer is notified and payment is completed. 9. Follow-Up We follow up to make sure the customer is satisfied and to assist with future cleanings if desired.
