Dustin is such a gentleman. He took care of all our vents and dryer in our home very efficiently and thoroughly. He pointed out our dryer vent cover was missing, and he would stop by and replace it a week after he was out for the initial cleaning. It was not expected of him to make the return trip, and most companies would tell us that was a task we would need to take care of ourselves, but Dustin gladly returned to replace the cover. I'm very grateful for the extra mile he went to help us out!!
