- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard hourly rate is $60 hr but do consider the scope of the job to be completed. My previous experiences estimating large scale projects allows me to easyily comprise a detailed estimate that description of work to be completed to avoid any surprises and the customer receives a copy for their records. It is sometimes difficult to price some projects because of the lack of information but I will always discuss the project before beginning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get a good description of the scope of work needing done then comprise a written estimate which includes a breakdown of all parts needed. If estimate is agreed upon then a date and time are set up to complete work. I will also typically give a new customer a discounted rate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Completed 4 years of electrical studies that covered all areas of electrical applications and have over 20 years experience.
