All events and rentals are given a single quote that will never change unless your event requirements change. All equipment rentals are covered by a daily rate, and production can either be covered with a daily rate or an hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Contact & Consultation Start by contacting our team of professional AV technicians. We will ask all the right questions during our initial consultation to determine your event's exact production needs. 2. Design & Quote View your quote within minutes with our cloud-based quote system. Your quoted price is guaranteed to never change. If your event requirements change and you need to add something last-minute your quote can be updated immediately. 3. Rental Agreements Too many contracts nowadays are long and filled with confusing language. As soon as you accept your quote, you will have access to our simple and transparent rental agreements to reserve our services for your event. Our contracts are a promise to you. We will always do what we say we'll do. 4. Finalization Sit back and relax. Channel Audio will take over and finalize all the tiny details necessary to make your event a success. We will work directly with any associated venues, musicians, and other vendors so you don't have to be a middleman. 5. Event Upon the day of your event, hours of preparation will have gone into designing a turnkey game plan, guaranteed to be a success. During the event, you will have one point of contact for all questions. 6. Post-Event Feedback After your event, we will schedule a follow up conversation to review event success, discuss attendee satisfaction, and get your feedback. At the end of the day, we want to make you happy, so we can repeat the process again with you for years to come.
