- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to the client and learn deeply about their needs, schedule, and budget. We tour the property. Present an estimate. Schedule the service. Dispatch the best qualified crew for that specific project. Monitor the quality of the services. Invoice. Follow up with post-service customer care.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All staff is trained according with OSHA safety and quality guidelines. We hold constant on-the-job training.
