House Cleaning
Angie did an incredible job on our house! My previous cleaning service was cutting corners and, with two kids and a dog, it was starting to show. After she left, and my going through room by room, I can honestly say I haven’t seen my house this clean in a very long time! I highly recommend TruClean and look forward to working with them regularly moving forward.

Junk Removal
Excellent work and friendly people. I hired them to haul away the clutter that piled up in my yard & basement from a remodeling project. They were able to fit a surprising amount of junk onto their truck & trailer. I asked Angie about scheduling a house cleaning while they were here. She gave me a very fair price, and I scheduled my deep-cleaning. Angie & her team did an outstanding job on the cleaning as well. Thank you TruClean!

Angelica was very understanding of the urgency with which I wanted my garage cleaned out. She agreed to come out on a Sunday and they arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They didn't come through like a whirlwind and just bag everything in sight. They actually took the time to ask if I was sure I wanted to get rid of certain items. Despite the constant, pleasant conversation they worked quickly, paid attention to detail, were sensitive to what I wanted/needed and were very thorough in their work. A job that would have taken me 6 hours by myself, was done in 1.5-2 hours and done well!! I'll definitely hire them again to clean my home when I sell next Spring! Thanks A and W!

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is based on the information provided by a customer in their request, including any add-on services. The size of the task and ease of access to the areas where the job will take place, are also taken into consideration. Some jobs are more labor-intensive, & will cost more than others. All of this is included in your quote. No hidden fees! Any necessary adjustments due to changes in customer needs, such as additional services not included in the original request, will be discussed and agreed upon prior to beginning a job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We review customer needs, expectations, and job requirements. We follow-up as necessary. Most jobs can be accurately quoted online or via email, phone call or text. For some junk removal requests, photos are very helpful. If an on-site estimate is necessary (i.e; very large jobs), we will accommodate the customers' schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have always enjoyed doing maintenance and improvement work, inside and outside. •Angie’s professional training is in insurance and nursing, working in the healthcare field from 1998-2005. When the family started to grow and children sprouted, she became a full-time homemaker, neighborhood childcare provider, and administrator to the family business. The kids are all older now, and she stays busy with her cleaning team, providing cleanings for a variety of wonderful families and individuals. •Warren is a valid CDL license holder, a trained & practicing mechanic, and experienced general handyman. He thoroughly comprehends the inner workings of things and how to properly maintain & repair an array of such things, in several categories. He is knowledgeable and stringent in his work. He is also able to explain how things work to others who may not be so mechanically-inclined, in a way that is comprehensive & respectful. So that they know what is going on, understand what needs to be done, and why. We serve clients in both private, and commercial sectors.
