I have been training for over 12 years and my expertise expands far past basic fitness. As a sports therapist, nutrition consultant and strength athlete I have combined knowledge that makes my programs incredibly successful for health, wellness, injury rehab or prevention, pain relief and best of all energy and fitness! When I train someone, I believe in building a relationship and EDUCATING them so that they become aware and capable of continuing their lifestyle indefinitely. No crash course diets, cookie cutter programs or extreme training! I believe in balance and achieving health and confidence through a program, not pain and agony. There is NOTHING more rewarding to me than witnessing a client go through a transformation not only of their body, but of their mind and their entire life. Seeing their faces when they become pain free, do something they never thought they could do, or fit into clothes they haven't since high school fills me with complete happiness. Their energy and vitality from their healthy changes is what fuels me everyday!

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Make sure someone has an extensive background in not only fitness, but other areas of the body and mind as well. Experience is a plus, but ask specifically what type of experience and make sure they are qualified to meet your needs and goals.
