Having Ninas help was such a blessing! I just downsized to a new place, and finding a space for everything was proving to be a huge challenge. Nina came in and so quickly and effortlessly made my new space feel like home. Its been weeks since she was here and Ive been able to maintain all the organizational systems that she helped me set up. I highly recommend working with her, it really has made life better! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a price match guarantee! Consultations are always free!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with a free over-the-phone consultation to discuss the customer project. Pictures of the project area are highly recommended for the consultation. Next, an action plan is created, and the organizing session is scheduled. Clients receive invoices, COVID release form, and customer agreements for electronic signatures!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my education and training has been through NAPO (National Association of Productivity and Organization). I’ve had on-the-job training as an independent contractor with Home Sweet Home. I also completed an Udemy online training course created by another Professional Organizer that I admire. I see every project as an opportunity to learn and grow!
