James is a great coach, he taught me how to correctly do things, he pushes me when I feel like giving up. He is very personable and easy to talk to. The first time I met him, I felt like I already knew him. I feel comfortable working with him.

So far, I am very impressed with James! He has built a meal plan and a workout, both customized to me based on my body, my limits, my strengths, and what I have available to me. I signed on for 6 months and very much look forward to the sessions and the end results!

I chose his 12 month program and I waited two months to post a review. I've never felt better in my life and I'm only two months in. In my first two weeks I noticed a huge difference. At the end of the first month I realised I had already lost ten of the forty pounds I aimed to lose. I also began kickboxing and yoga which I love. James is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He's always able to work with my schedule and encourages me to keep going. I'm so excited to see the difference after four or ten more months.
