I aim to complete one to three certifications each year in various fitness & nutrition related programs.

One-on-one personal training, small group training, meal planning, nutritional programming, strength training programs, boot camp classes, health coaching, wellness coaching, weight loss programming.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your research- investing in training IS expensive, therefore it should be WORTH it. Find a trainer that not only understands your goals and can explain how to help you reach them, but find one you enjoy being around! You are going to be spending hours with this person- you should enjoy your time with them and feel like you are learning how to create a healthier lifestyle. NOT just moving from movement to movement performing a "magic" number of reps at every single movement.
