- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most jobs are $85 labor. Subsequent jobs done remotely are $40. If parts are required I sell them at my cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a convenient time for me to visit and I provide their options after I diagnose their issue at the site.
