It was hard to pick only 3 things that I liked. He was amazing! When I called, he responded and to my home, picked up the computer and took it to the office to be repaired and returned it the next day and reset it back up. Just awesome service. I HIGHLY recommend this company!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most jobs are $85 labor. Subsequent jobs done remotely are $40. If parts are required I sell them at my cost.

We set up a convenient time for me to visit and I provide their options after I diagnose their issue at the site.
