I'd rate Top Rail excellent in all categories based upon every member of their team that I engaged. From Shane performing the estimates and keeping me up to date on status to Gary letting me know when the installers would be onsite and then following up on my satisfaction with the work that was done. The installers, Reggie and his helper, were awesome!
