- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically our jobs are $60 per hour. When we give an estimate, it is based on the anticipated amount of hours it will take. We use a stop watch during every job, and if we take less time than we estimated, we will only charge for the time we worked for you to complete the job to your liking. If the job takes longer than anticipated (provided there are no additional expectations after the job begins) the extra time is on us until the job is completed to your liking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, we are very intentional about continuing our ability to serve our clients. Most often this includes books, classes, or speakers relating to customer service and building a long term sustainable business that meets the customer's needs. We also continue building our knowledge of plants, trees, equipment, etc. to help create great outdoor spaces for our customers.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Just make sure to set expectations early in the process so you are happy with the end result, and the business can make the proper accommodations to meet your needs.
