The installation crew seemed to work well together despite having issues unrelated to deal with, aka thunderstorms, ill children at home, and other factors that interfered with their schedule. We have to assess the gutters once it rains heavily again.

Other than a salesman being a little late my over all expirience with this company was a good one. Everyone I dealt with knew what they were doing and were highly professional. Most importantly the gutter protection works like a charm. Haven't had to clean it in or worry about it despite all the rain recently.

Saw Homecraft at a festival last year with my wife and we loved it. They had a really cool display that the marketer said was pumping like 4500 gallons and hour. We signed up for an estimate and had Homecraft gutter guard installed. The sales rep was informative and answered all our questions and didnt pressure sale us. The gutter guard has been on our home for 8 months and haven't had any issues thus far. Definitely a good decision if you're looking to make you gutters maintence free.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
HomeCraft Gutter Protection's pricing for gutter guards is not as simple as getting a price per foot. There are many different factors that play into the overall price, which is why we offer free quotes and free inspections. During the inspection, we will take a look at your gutters, fascia boards, downspouts, inside corners, outside corners, pitch of your roof, your landscape, etc., and each of these factors are worked into your quote. By considering all of these factors, our representative can be sure that he/she is giving you a reliable price that will be good for one full year.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer service is our #1 priority. We enjoy meeting our customers face-to-face and listening to them. What do they need done? What deadlines exist? We hope to convey to them that we are a trustworthy company and have their best interests in mind at all times
