FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Customers should do their homework prior to hiring a trainer. They should just not "settle" for whatever trainer a gym has to offer. If it means joining a new gym to get the right trainer, then join a new gym. A client should interview potential trainers to make sure they have the expertise that the client is looking for as well as to check a trainers personality. A trainer should look the part as well. Can a client truly expect results from a trainer who themselves do not live a fit and healthy lifestyle
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish clients could see how hard I have to work and the dedication it takes to achieve the level of fitness I have. So many think that it's a matter of taking a magic pill or some form of hocus pocus, and the results just happen. I take my training and nutrition very seriously, it's my lifestyle, not just something I turn on when I hit the gym. From an industry standpoint, clients need to understand that trainers give them the tools and the guidance they need to be successful in reaching their fitness goals. We can't do the work for them. Their success is based purely on their efforts in and out of the gym, and how they choose to use the tools we give them.
