My wife couldn’t get out of the garage this morning because the large spring broke. Access came out the same day and replaced the spring. The door was properly aligned so there are no gaps at the bottom. The work was done efficiently and professionally.
Thank you Access. I always recommend you to all my coworkers and friends.

I called Access Garage Door at 1030 am. I spoke with a representative over the phone. My first contact was fantastic. The gentleman was very professional. He said I would have a technician by the next day at my home. Zack called first thing the next morning as promised. Zack was at my home promptly within 10 minutes. Zack asked a few basic questions and when I opened the garage door and he heard the roar from it he exactly knew why he was here. By the time he was done that garage door was as quiet as a mouse. I got what I paid for. professional and customer friendly service from all at Access Garage Door. Zack did an outstanding job from start to finish explaining the process. He took his time and when he finished he thoroughly explained all the warranties and maintenance of the door. Zack was a pleasure to work with. He had a calm approach from the beginning to end. I will rather have him at all my jobs in the future. Access is my forevermore garage door vendor. Thanks a lot Access Garage Door!
