Dead raccoon in my crawl space. Never spoke to anyone from the other company, but they offered to come to the residence 13 days later.
I received a call from Ace on Monday. They removed the animal the next day. Drake was a true professional. If it was left up to the other guys, I would still be inhaling what's left of that critter for another three days. Thanks Ace. If I need service of this type again, I'm calling Ace.

I had a free inspection. He took a look around, said I had no evidence of termites and it was done. For free! Nice guy. Company was easy to work with and set up the appointment. Easy peazy.

Stephen did a remarkable job of finding a very tough to locate yellow jackets nest. Stephen and Ace also charged me half of what 2 other companies quoted me!!
