- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I constantly converse with major vendors to keep up with new products on the market and am always testing and tweaking new recipes. I also keep an eye on new dessert cookbooks that are published.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I just fell into it. I am completely self taught and a science nerd anyway, so it fits my personality as a creative person.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Cakes of all types from wedding to birthday or anniversary. Custom mini bite size desserts and special occasion catering.
