While we are still in the "discovery" stages, Joe did an outstanding job of listening to our needs and recommending solutions to resolve challenges and creative solutions for our consideration. "On the fly", Joe was able to detect vulnerabilities in our system that we are not yet aware of. While we have not contracted with a firm, Joe is at the top of our list and will meet with our CEO and VP of Operations next week. Thumbtack was an excellent experience for me and provided me with credible resources for consideration.

I generally perform an onsite consultation at no cost for all prospective customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years IT experience. Have been in consulting my entire career as well as over 8 years as a Bank IT Officer and Information Security Officer. I have the GIAC GSEC security certification as well as certifications from CompTiA, Microsoft, and have held Cisco certifications in the past.
