Initially did not see the real issue, it was broken. He said it needed tightening, when there was broken pieces from the tank

I was frustrated for a bit in the middle of the job. Stephen's came right out and fixed my water leak, but after they left, I could not get hot water in that fixture. It took about three weeks and several calls to get them back out here, and after that the person who was supposed to finish the job either cancelled or stood me up three times. So I was going to give a lower rating. However, when the company realized there was a problem, they got a different person to come fix the shower. He came the next day and did a good job, so in the end the company made it right.
