Stephen is my go-to plumber—he has completed numerous plumbing jobs for me, ranging from complex repairs to simple but tedious fixes. Every time, he has demonstrated impeccable professionalism, deep expertise, and even creativity in solving difficult challenges. He never leaves without ensuring everything is properly fixed and leak-free. I highly recommend Stephen to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price!

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Stephen's Complete Home Services LLC to repair my water heater, and I couldn't be more impressed with their professionalism and expertise. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, their team was prompt and courteous.
The technician arrived right on time and quickly diagnosed the issue with my water heater. They explained the problem in detail and provided a clear, upfront estimate for the repair. I was pleasantly surprised by their transparency and fair pricing.
Not only did they fix my water heater efficiently, but they also took the time to ensure everything was in working order before they left. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart.
I highly recommend Stephen's Complete Home Services LLC for anyone in need of water heater repair services. Their knowledgeable team and exceptional service make them the go-to choice for all your plumbing needs. Thank you for a job well done!

Initially did not see the real issue, it was broken. He said it needed tightening, when there was broken pieces from the tank

I was frustrated for a bit in the middle of the job. Stephen's came right out and fixed my water leak, but after they left, I could not get hot water in that fixture. It took about three weeks and several calls to get them back out here, and after that the person who was supposed to finish the job either cancelled or stood me up three times. So I was going to give a lower rating. However, when the company realized there was a problem, they got a different person to come fix the shower. He came the next day and did a good job, so in the end the company made it right.

We appreciate your patience. We were going through an expansion at the time and a new hiring process, etc. Still no excuse. We have pride in our company and work. We will not leave any customer unsatisfied. Thank you for your honest review.
