FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe safety and independence should be affordable for every senior. Our pricing is transparent, fair, and based on the specific needs of each home and client. We offer free consultations, honest recommendations, and cost-effective solutions designed to prevent falls, improve accessibility, and help seniors safely age in place. Unlike many contractors, we specialize in senior safety modifications, so we focus on solutions that truly improve quality of life — not unnecessary upsells. We also help families and veterans explore available grant programs, VA benefits, and funding resources that may help cover qualifying home safety and accessibility modifications. Our goal is simple: fast, reliable, compassionate service that protects dignity, independence, and peace of mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My Dignity Senior Safe Homes LLC specializes in senior home safety, accessibility modifications, fall prevention, and aging-in-place solutions throughout East Tennessee. Our team is trained in nationally recognized aging-in-place and senior safety standards, including CAPS (Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist) principles, Age Safe America education, and our newest Living In Place Institute certification focused on creating safer, healthier, and more accessible homes. We work closely with seniors, veterans, caregivers, healthcare professionals, discharge planners, and community organizations to help individuals remain independent and reduce the risk of falls and injuries at home. Our services include grab bar installation, ramps, bathroom safety modifications, mobility accessibility upgrades, stair safety solutions, and customized home safety improvements. We are fully licensed and insured with coverage up to $3 million per project and are both state and federally bonded for additional protection and peace of mind. We also help clients explore grants, VA-related programs, and other funding resources that may help offset the cost of qualifying modifications. Our mission is simple: protect dignity, increase independence, and help seniors safely age in place with confidence.
