Introduction: Changes Medical Spa is a full-service state-of-the-art regional medical spa with onsite MD, nurse, and medical estheticians. We have treated persons from seven states and the District of Columbia in our over 2 years of operation, including past two Miss Tennessee title holders and several finalists, a 2014 Miss America finalist, and more than 25% of current title holders in the state. Changes provides laser services and esthetic services such as facials, chemical peels, makeup (including event makeup onsite or off-site), waxing, Botox/Xeomin, dermal fillers, miraDry (permanent nonsurgical treatment of underarm sweat/odor), body contouring, laser hair reduction, nonsurgical facelift, facial rejuvenation, vaginal rejuvenation and treatment of stress incontinence, medical grade skincare (Obagi, Skinceuticals, and Changes' own brand-name line), and a full line of gloMinerals makeup. We treat all skin tones, genders, races, and ages.
