I graduated at the top of my class from ETSU with a double major in Biology and Honors Chemistry, then worked as a senior chemist at BAE Systems. Teaching is my true passion, so I left the lab to start my own tutoring business. Since then, my students have seen real results—one went from a 60 on their first Organic Chemistry test to a 92 on the second. I don’t just drill formulas. I break down what’s actually happening between the atoms so you understand not only the “what,” but the “why.” That deeper understanding makes tough problems feel manageable—and even enjoyable. I work with high school and college students in both general and organic chemistry. If you’re ready to finally feel confident in chemistry, I’d love to help.
