I had Dan do a variety of repairs around my home, including rebuilding two outside gates, bathroom fixture updates and kitchen counter caulking replacement. Highly recommend him (actually having him come back soon for more repair work) - very responsive and finished the work within the estimated timing and budget. He also took the time to thoroughly clean up after he completed each repair, which was much appreciated.

Highly recommend Dan for all your handyman needs! Dan is professional, reliable, efficient, very knowledgeable and an honest guy. Dan helped me complete a variety of tasks at my home including fixing the alarm on my dryer, hang a tv, pressure washing my hot tub, furniture assembly, installing a SimpliSafe security system and helping me build an enclosure for my fire pit. We were not sure what was needed to secure the heater, but he arrived with everything possible so he would not have to leave the site for supplies. The licensed electrician who installed it only used 4 screws. Dan secured it with 10 screws and anchors to ensure it was stable. He was prompt in his replies, arrived on time, and fixed the sink stoppers too while he was there!! I would recommend him and definitely use him again!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like our customers to know we typically charge $60/hr with a 2 hour minimum charge. Any projects requiring multiple items that require more than 2 hours, a discount will apply.
If material is required for the project, We can have it included in our price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first obtain basic information, perform an estimate, and then work on the job while keeping the customer up to date in every step of the way. With us, there is no guess work. You know exactly what is going on around your home.
