- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Transparency is the MOST important thing. We do our best to take out all the guess work by providing an invoice as well as project details for services up front before you hire us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to talk about your project during FREE consultation first. Next, we'll discuss the planning and expectations of the work we will perform and any potential barriers that may exist. An invoice is then sent to you via e-mail for acceptance. Your project will be scheduled as soon as we have your accepted invoice. (large projects will require half deposit)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been repairing and remodeling homes over ten years both through trade work and renovating our personal properties. Our handymen are all limited license electricians and plumbers
