Delighted with the service I received from Mountain Mama's Cleaning Service! Katie was wonderful to work with in all aspects. She was communicative and made scheduling easy, arrived on time, and completed high quality work. I haven't had a house cleaning service before and hired Mountain Mama's Cleaning Service to deep clean the house. I could not be happier with how clean the house was. She was late, then before I could even come outside to introduce myself, she spoke to a total stranger that was visiting a neighbor, decided she was uncomfortable - and then left. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I WOULD AVOID A CLEANER THAT CAN'T ARRIVE ON TIME AND QUITS BEFORE EVEN STARTING A JOB.

"When you and I spoke last night I did not realize your address was not included in the job details provided. I did contact you for the address an hour before our appointment, first thing. Unfortunately, I received your address 23 minutes after our 10am appointment. I know that is not the best experience and have updated my processes to make sure that cannot happen again, and I am sorry for being late. As to my business decision to not continue with our cleaning appointment today, I do apologize. There were issues that made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable staying in the area alone, as you and I discussed directly this morning. I do wish you all the best moving forward."
