Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Content Management Systems are very popular for the simple fact that it allows the end user to easily update and maintain their website with very little knowledge or skill.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Investigate, Look at their portfolio, Contact their clients now and see how happy they are with the services they receive. Most honorable website design firms will give you references with no hassle at all. Atleast I know I do, so if you would like references from my existing clients, just let me know. : )

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Now this is funny, the secrets to Search Engine Optimization. Apparently some people think you can throw up a website and it instantly gets traffic to it, which is not the case by any means. I would want to know if I was a customer, the best way that I could perform SEO on my own without paying for it. The only inside secret that I am willing to share ;) is that GOOGLE is the #1 Search Engine, not much of a secret huh... But anyways get your site to show on Google where you want and the other search engines usually follow from my experience.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. The most important thing that I need from a client is the information and media to design their website with. Without it I simply cannot do my job.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. My work stands out because I am very particular about what I do. In my eyes I have to please myself with my design work before I please my customer. Therefore I ensure I am happy with anything I do before making it public or showcasing it.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love my choice of a career. I like taking nothing and making it something... I also love working with my clients, as they are my inspiration to be better and learn more at what I do.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How much is this going to cost me? That is the number one question. And my response is something like we offer custom website design for as low as $199.99, but as with any project it really depends on what you want. Not to mention we will work with you to get you a website for the budget you have.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. My favorite story is also my worst story and that is I designed a website for a gentleman on his word that he would pay, as he was a very credible person or so I thought... Well needless to say the Preacher I designed the site for never paid. Who would have thought... I look back at it now and laugh.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. I would like my clients now and future clients to know that I will do anything I can to assist or help out with their websites or marketing needs. I am here doing the Job that I love, due to my clients need for my services, without them my business would not exist and I thank God everyday for his blessings.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I got into my line of work as a hobby. It was one site and now I manage and maintain three webservers which hold over 100 + domains. And I have loved every minute of it.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. I recently designed www.johnsoncityslamfest.com and donated the entire site to them for supporting the Children's Miracle Network.

Last year we designed a website for a client out of Colorado and donated the remainder of money due to the Make a Wish Foundation.

WebCoUSA.com is a proud supporter of giving back to our community...

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I started Website Design as a hobby, then I went to school for it and it become a business over time.

We read many books and articles that are released daily to keep up to date with the variation of technology these days.

We are web designers that love to design.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Work under someone and establish a good portfolio, then when your ready you will know and have the experience needed. Do not expect to be an expert over night or even in a few years... It is all about experience, the more you get, the better you are. Oh yeah, and your go to man is GOOGLE. It can help you with just about anything.
