- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new customer we typically reach out with a rough estimate and let them know we would like to come take a look at the job because we feel we would be able to do it quickly and with great quality. The customer contacts us and we go bid the job. During that time we determine if we are a good fit fkr the customer and their needs and they determine if we are a good fit for them also.

“We recently helped an older homeowner on a fixed income replace her cracked tile flooring so she could prepare her home for sale. By sourcing discounted materials and providing a fair quote, we were able to complete the project ahead of schedule and within her budget. Seeing her reaction to the finished floor and knowing it made a real difference for her was absolutely priceless.”
