- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our services are priced by the project. Things that determine the price include, but are not limited to, square footage of the home, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, number of extra rooms (offices, bonus rooms, enclosed porches), common living areas (kitchen, living room, dining room, hallways, entry ways), services requested, and the overall condition of the home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide free, in-home consultations as well phone consultations. In home consults will include a tour of your home and a discussion of your needs as well as information about our company. Phone consultations include questions about your home and a discussion of your needs as well as information about our company. We usually recommend starting with an initial or initial plus clean and then maintenance going forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our family has a combined total of over 100 years in the customer service industry, with 10 years experience cleaning homes.
