FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a one time service charge of $175. That applies to the first time I come out to work on the project. I try not to charge hourly because I like perfect everything I work on so that the customer doesn’t have to revisit the issue again. Instead, I charge per project so it doesn’t pressure myself to hurry, or the customer that I’m not working fast enough.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introducing myself and then actively listen to learn and understand what the customer is wanting. I give 100% transparency and try to find ways to save the customer money as we go.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
