- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive. The products that we sell are of the highest quality, and are made to last a lifetime!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon contacting us, we will look to set up a free-in home consultation to determine your needs and aspirations for window coverings. The in-home consultation will consist of us measuring your windows and showing you samples of the products that we offer. During that time, we will be able to give you a quote for the products and services of your choosing. If you do decide to take advantage of our services, a 50% deposit will be required to proceed with the order. Typical leads times for most products is about 2 weeks. We will provide temporary coverings for your windows while you wait!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 2 decades of experience in almost all of the construction trades, you are in good hands with Anytime Blinds and Shutters. This is often found to be of great benefit to our clients, who would often have to hire other contractors to complete aspects of the project that pertain to window coverings!
