101 Mobility is a great company. Staff were very helpful when we first purchased our stairlift and provided good information about the pros and cons of different models. The lift was delivered promptly, in time for my pending knee replacement surgery. We purchased the lift about five years ago and are pleased with the model selected. 101 Mobility has serviced the lift 2 or 3 times and appointments are easily and timely scheduled. We were most pleased with our recent service technician Jonathan R. He was very pleasant and VERY SKILLED and went out of his way to service and stabilize the lift. We would recommend this company and hope to have Jonathan as our service tech for future service needs.

Couldnt be happier. My wife has mobility issues. I fell & broke my leg so I also needed our chair lift. As luck would have it our reliable Bruno chair lift quit working!Mobility 101 came to the rescue & serviced the lift the next day. It was a two hour trip for the service man. The lift was repaired quickly. Thank you!
