Xepa tree care is one of the best companies around. We had three Bradford pear trees that wear over 40 years old and the limbs kept breaking off costing us a ton of money to haul away. Antonio gave us a great quote and was able to get the project done in two days. He and his crew did an amazing job. I will be using xepa for all my tree projects in the future.

Working with XEPA tree care and Antonio was a pleasure. On August 11th I was hit with a massive storm overnight and a tree fell in my front yard. Antonio and his team were able to come and take care of the fallen tree and 2 other trees I wanted within the same day. They offered a great price, were professional and easy to talk to and work with. They are highly recommended for any treeremovals in the Knoxville area. I will be working with them again.

Antonio and his crew did an excellent job at trimming and pruning overgrown trees and bushes at our house; one tree was very tall with tricky branches hanging over neighbors yard. The trees and bushes look very well balanced now. They also did a very nice job of cleaning the job site before they left. Will definitely call on them again in the future.

XEPA TREE CARE/Arborist are professionals. They execute their business in an efficient and accurate manner. Extremely hardworking, all branches and trees were cut down and disposed of by a chipping machine or cut up, carried and stacked in places I chose. Our property looks fantastic. I will certainly call on them again. Their price was reasonable, especially compared to other companies that I have used.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different so the prices depends on the job that we need to perform, for example, cut down the tree, chip brush, leave, wood. It’s more affordable than remove everything. But we always have affordable prices for everybody, every new customers we offer them 10% off
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we set up a walk-through with the customer to give him a free estimate, if he agreed on the price, the next step is sent him the quote, customer needs to review, approved, and sign, once is sign we book the day that works better for him, then we do the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the past, I used to work with a Forrester, so I got knowledge about what kind of tree needs to be pruned. And what kind of tree you should plant near your house and what kind of tree you need to remove.
