Puro Clean was an excellent service to work with for our house that had water damage. They did a thorough inspection to find the leak and sent someone to fix the leak once it was found. I would highly recommend them to people in the Knoxville area.

I had a very odd situation happen in my car. I called Puro Clean to seek assistance. I then spoke with Frankie and he was very empathetic and professional. He then set up a time to come out and give me an obligation free quote and a step by step process of what hed do to take car of the situation. Thank you so much Frankie!

We returned from a four day family event to a waterfall in the kitchen, saturated upstairs carpets, and a pool of water in the bathroom. Not a good time for the Holidays. However, Ralph and his PuroClean team worked professionally and tirelessly to dry out my home. I found him to be trustworthy and will recommend him to family and friends.
