I was looking for a personable, compassionate company/person to clean my 80-year-old mom's apartment. Lhnay met with us and went over what we were wanting. I was also looking for a long-term relationship, with the same person and she committed to performing the cleaning herself to ensure the same person would be available. She was very professional and understood the special concerns that could be associated with cleaning for an elderly person. Her first cleaning was excellent and I look forward to working with her.

Movers showed up almost 30 mins late and with empty hands at that. It was clearly stated that a dolly would be needed. I gave a short list of things needed to move but forgot about a washer and dryer, and added a desk and chair to the list moving day. Why did I get a message that “there were more heavy things to move than stated” message?!?! I’m still wondering how everything wasn’t packed up on the truck when there was like 8 to 10 feet left to pack on the 20 ft truck. Then Im asked to sell the sectional to them and I agree. I was told that they will be back early the next morning to pick it up but no call, no reply, no answer all day. If y’all just didn’t want to lift the couch then you could have just said that.
