Mj Douglas Contractor is by far the best I’ve found in Nashville. I recently had to to gut my whole house due to a sewer back up and a poor inspector. Douglas came to the rescue. Because of all the water damage and mold issues we decided to pretty much redo the whole house. First off, his prices are more than fair (half or more than half less than all the imposters in Nashville), and he takes real pride in his work. He doesn’t take short cuts like I’ve seen others do. He is extremely skilled and so are his subcontractors. I am born and raised in LA with a family in the construction business, I know what things should cost…this man is super fair. He knew how badly we needed to move home, so he made it his mission to get the work done quick. He put in new subfloors, custom sinks, walk in showers and new plumbing and electrical in every bathroom. He put in a whole new kitchen… new cabinets, subfloor, tile, plumbing, electrical, lighting, custom island etc. He also redid the whole foundation to our bonus room which he beautifully turned into two room. He put in 2 jacks under the house aswell. He and his crew worked at lightening speed SEVEN DAYS A WEEK!! In less than a month and a half we have a beautiful remodeled home that we can be in for a long long time. These bad reviews make me laugh because this guy is the best in the business, out here. Don’t look at anyone else.
