- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price according to the size of the home(sq,footage/one or two story) and what all needs to be cleaned--for example-weather or not the oven and ref need to be cleaned;if you want a standard clean or a deep clean.We do not work by the hour--we work until the job is complete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making sure what they want done,what time and date,if there are any cleaners they do not want used,offering to give references if wanted and assuring that we are trustworthy and hard working people
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My husband and I work as a team and have been in business for over 5 years now;have homes and one business that we clean on a regular basis
