I teach Ch 'uan Fa martial arts and incorporate music theory and guitar lessons. In building strength of mind and body, you find the essence of the musicality in your soul. My belief is when you tap into the strength of your innermost being, you find the paths of choice open with no barriers, mental or physical. The Chinese have a saying that translates to "a book and a sword", meaning become a scholar and know how to protect your investment of time and effort (yourself).
