I hired JB to trim about 5 ft from the canopy of my maple, cut down and stump grind 9 thin pines, cut down a cluster of smaller trees, and cut back large tree branch hanging close to the house. They had the right equipment, were fast, cleaned up after they left and told me in advance that their trucks would leave marks in the grass which was fine with me. Grass grows back. Two of my neighbors hired them after watching them. I have been swindled in the past for tree removal and poor work. I was happy to refer them to neighbors. Its hard to find honest pricing for good work in Middle TN and I would recommend them to anyone.

JBs tree service was professional and prompt! Really appreciated their quick response time, free estimate, and stellar work. Sami provided the estimate and worked with me to help determine the best course of action on this project. First pic are the two trees they marked for removal - towering, aging Cypress trees. They didn’t recommend stump grinding because that process could have killed the roots on the surrounding trees, but they cut the trees as low as they could and cleaned up the area very well. Highly impressed! They gave me about a 30 min heads up before their arrival and completed the project within a couple hours. Thanks again Sami, Jose, and team! Appreciate you!

JB Tree Service helped us by trimming up 6 Crepe Myrtles that had gotten out of control. They responded to my initial outreach on Thumbtack in about 5 minutes and sent out someone to give us an on-site estimate in a couple of hours. After we agreed to the price, they sent out a crew of 3 men that efficiently and skillfully trimmed up our Crepe Myrtles. Cleaned up all the trimmings and left everything in great shape. All of this on Memorial Day Monday. Highly recommend them for any tree trimming needs.

I have this rating a 5 because the quality of work that was performed. The crew was in and out in less than three hours. Cleaned up around the tree removal. I almost gave a lesser score because after telling the crew manager twice to "not" cut a post down that was out of the way of the tree removal they cut it down first thing. 😳 It may have been a communication problem but I don't know. This company is very good for tree removal and the pricing was reasonable. Well worth your time to hire these guys.

I had a relatively small job for JB Tree Service but they were more than happy to help. The estimator I worked with spent the time to really understand what I was going for instead of pressuring me into something I didn’t need (which is common in this line of work). The workers showed up on time and with the right equipment to do the job quickly and without damaging my grass or any of the surrounding yard. I’ll definitely be using them in the future.
