- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard would be $85 per hour and $0.65 per mile. we need an $1,000.00 retainer of which we take out our hourly fee from until retainer is extinguished, then the client decides if there is enough evidence or if we need more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet and go over all the info the client has already gotten; such as a recent photo of the "target" their work place and schedule, where they like to hang out or do on their time off vehicle info and picture ect... Then together we make a "plan of attack" Who, what & where would be the best way to start gathering the evidence we need. Then as I'm working I keep them up to date on everything I'm doing and finding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was in training for a year by an established private investigator and now in order to keep my license I have to take 12 credits of continuing education every two years.
