Eleet Appliance Repair located in Lenoir City (Serving Knoxville, Lenoir City, Farragut, Oak Ridge, Oliver Springs, Loudon, Kingston, Harriman, Tellico Village & MORE) Warranty: All parts and labor come with a 90-day warranty. Should you have a problem within 90 days, we will come out at no charge to diagnose the problem. If it is the same issue, we will cover at no charge the parts and the labor to complete the repair. Should there be another part that has failed (not the same as replaced initially), then the customer will be liable for the cost of labor and parts for the repair. If no repair is made , then the $75.00 service fee will apply. Pricing: We offer a free estimate with the repair. If you don't want to have the repair done, a $75.00 service fee will apply. We offer flat rate pricing for labor at $119.00 (plus parts) no matter what issue and time duration! This way, you know what you are paying before we even step foot in your door! Note: Due to the flat rate pricing, we no longer offer sealed system (i.e. compressor) work on refrigerators due to the cost and time to the customer.
