- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally charge by the hour, which vary to the type, how big the job is that needs to be completed and distance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customer face to face and pretty much go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of on the job experience, window and door installation through Lowe's, but mostly from my dad, uncles, and other family members teaching me.
