I would HIGHLY recommend answering any inquiries people have. I had a septic job that needed done but they never responded. Now in their defense it was Thumbtack that incorrectly told me they do the work. After a few days I sent a message asking if they had any intent of following up with my request. No response. It was AFTER I said I’d submit a bad review they IMMEDIATELY reached out to me through the app and a message to my personal cell. Said the obligatory “we’re a small business…sorry”. Said they couldn’t originally reach out to me because they don’t do that type of work buuuuut when I threaten a bad review all of the sudden you CAN reach out to me.
Very unprofessional. I understand that this was an error on the part of Thumbtack but I am not clairvoyant and you guys should have responded.
