An absolute hero! Not only did he diagnose my computer problems perfectly, but assisted me through getting new parts, and was there to answer my questions though the whole process. Dell Certified Laptop and PC Technician, CCNA and I've been in this game since I was 12. I've seen a lot of stuff so it's rare that I encounter a problem I can't solve quickly.
