What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not Complicated. I basically do an over the phone consult for free. Then an in person consult with horse and rider to see what level the are at. Then we go from there. I am always up front about pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I still own my own horse and I plan to attend more natural horsemanship clinics
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It's always been my life's passion and now that I have raised my children and fulfilled my responsibilities to them I can finally make the choice to do what I love as my job once again and not just as recreation.
