We are a small company ran by local TN natives. We have experience in the audio/video industry, television provider industry, and in construction. All of these fields help us bring you dynamic customer service with a high quality of installation. Our experience helps us to know what is supposed to be behind the wall we are cutting a hole in or drilling, how much weight the surface we are mounting to can hold, and what to expect when we are running wires for your audio and video. The end result for us is a completed project we know will be safe for you and your family, will be a promoter of our business, and will bring you satisfaction for years to come. We love meeting a variety of people while we are working. We also take pride in a job well done. But I believe the single most thing that comes to mind is the look of awe on someone's face when they watch their favorite movie and it seems brand new to them because of the new sights and sounds they have never experienced before.

We try to keep our estimate and invoicing process as simple as possible, including a personal login for each individual that only they can see. We can also timeline multiple projects for someone who more than one location for us to work on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are continually learning through webinars, classroom training, and we work closely with our suppliers to keep up to date on new products and information.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always been interested and amazed by technology and entertainment. This profession allowed me to work with both. When a brilliantly displayed picture meets premium sound it makes any ounce of sweat or a difficult job totally worthwhile.
