My Laptop would not boot up. Rob saved all of my data, made a suggestion on a new computer and did it all in our home for about half of the cost of other repair places I contacted. I am so grateful that I could get my data saved. While I had backed up some of it, I had not done it recently.

My printer was not communicating with my pc. It would print from my tablet and my iphone but not from my pc. I contacted Rob through Thumbtack concerning my problem and he replied back within the hour. We set up an appointment around my schedule. Rob showed up on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He took care of my printer problem while staying with the cost that he quoted on Thumbtack. I will call Blazedog Computer again for sure if I need computer repairs again. Great job.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate for most computer repairs. I also do free pickup and drop off in Tri-Cities Area of Tennessee.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been interested in computers since way back in 1981. I had a Commodore VIC-20 with a 5K of memory and had many other computers over the year. I attend college and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and have been working in the high-tech world ever since.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of my repairs are replacing failed hard disks and reinstalling the OS, diagnosing bad power supplies, removing virus and malware, replacing laptop display that has failed.
