About
"If you don't have time to do it right, when will you have time to do it over." - John Wooden
This is one of my favorite quotes and I base how I work on this principal. I believe in taking time to do things right the first time through careful planning and efficient execution. Nothing bothers me more than wasting my clients or my time. We get it done right the first time.

Jessie is super fast and well priced. He repaired a broken section of our fence. This was my first time working with a handyman. Other quotes were outrageous and pushed me to replace the whole fence which was far from what I was prepared or had time to do.
He was great, the process was so simple. We messaged talking about the project/ sent some pictures, agreed on a price and he started working. We've already started to talk about tackling the front yard where he'll add some sprinklers, sod and work to give us some curb appeal on a budget! :)

Jesse Bailey is the most professional and reliable handyman we have ever had work at our house and in my office. Everything he does, he does it with excellence as if he was working on his own home. He is very precise and thorough with everything he does and he makes sure it is exactly what we want and that we are 100% satisfied with it. Jesse helped us renovate our home 3 years ago when we were getting ready to sell it and did absolutely everything from putting new flooring in, to doing the moulding, the recess lighting, painting every room, and putting new windows, medicine cabinets and vanities in the bathrooms. He even did the outside landscaping for us! We are fully confident that there is nothing he can not do or figure out as he has proved it time and time again as we still ask him to do different things for us up to this current day. If you are looking for the Best Handyman in the LA area, then Jesse Bailey is the one you should call!

Jesse Bailey is an amazing handyman, no matter what the project. He’s done everything from repairing a toilet to fixing a broken gate to redoing our entire front entrance (including the actual planting, adding a bench & redoing existing brickwork) so that, after Jesse, I feel so wonderful about entering my own home! Jesse is completely trustworthy, talented & able to work with you on all the miscellaneous & “odd jobs” that exist in every homeowner’s life. I couldn’t recommend Jesse Bailey enough!

Jesse Bailey has been doing handyman work around my home for years. He is very professional and has demonstrated the ability to do a large variety of jobs in and around my home. His rates are quite reasonable, he is thorough, and he finishes things quickly. He also cleans up after himself which is a major bonus to me...

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My basic hourly rate is $55 per hour. Certain jobs may have a flat fee to make sure the project does not become cost prohibitive. For example basic plumbing fixture installation (toilet, sink faucet, garbage disposal) I charge a flat fee of $110. A basic maitenance visit is $125 and involves checking and repairs on a variety of items such as air filters, light bulbs, appliance filters, appliance hoses, door and window chaulking and more.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before beginning any project I like to have a conversation with the client to go over the specifics of the project. It is important that I get as much detail upfront as I can to make sure understand all the needs and properly assess the work to be done. If there is any work that is outside the scope of my expertise or capacity I want to inform the client right away and make proper recommendations. Once I understand the desired result then I can make a proper estimate. Once the client and I agree to the pricing and time frame then I will collect any upfront cost for materials ,if applicable, and begin the project. At the completion of the project I will review with the client to make sure all expectations have been met or exceeded and billing for the remainder of the invoice will be presented along with any reciepts for material costs. Payment is do upon completion of the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training comes from working as an apprentice on several jobs with contractors and professionals. I have a natural gift for problem solving which has helped come up with creative solutions on difficult jobs.
